Here’s a nice little holiday treat for you. Axia iProbe, the long-running management, maintenance, support and control software for Livewire AoIP devices has undergone several notable changes.
Firstly! As of today, there is a new version of iProbe available (v.2.0.03), which provides better support for modern Windows operating systems (Windows 10 / Windows 11).
And SECONDLY… V.2.0.3 no longer requires a license to activate.
Yes, you read that correctly. iProbe is now FREE and has been removed from the Axia pricelist.

One further piece of information to note. Telos Alliance has created an iProbe compatibility and features chart for various Telos Alliance products in their roster. Not every Telos product supports all of the capabilities of iProbe, and until now, those details have not been aggregated into a single location. That has now been rectified as of this update. Please note that this is not a complete list, and some products that have not been fully tested are not listed. It is, however, a living/breathing document that Telos will update as new products launch and software updates roll out to existing products.
As always, Telos Alliance recommends that all customers run the most up-to-date software.
